Eldon Place is a mixed-use commercial development consisting of two separate Towers on the same site. The first Tower offers office spaces in the heart of the Victoria Island axis to first class organizations to address the shortage of Grade A office buildings within the City Centre. The Project’s Second Tower is a multistorey tourist centre that will have various uses including restaurants, and office spaces alongside a new commercial Jetty.
