Jelili Oloyede is a Finance professional with in-depth expertise and over 20 years’ experience in Accounting, Financing, Treasury, Taxation, Performance Management and Risk Management across various sectors of Nigeria economy.

As the Chief Finance Officer, he oversees the financial operations, provides guidance and expertise in key financial decisions, ensuring the company's financial objectives are aligned with its broader goals. He is also responsible for risk management and ensuring the adequacy and effectiveness of controls and Internal Audit.

Prior to joining Uraga Real Estate Limited, he worked in various capacities at Learn Africa Plc, HOGL Energy Limited and Hudson Petroleum Limited.

Jelili Oloyede earned a master’s degree in finance from Ladoke Akintola University (LAUTECH), Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)
