Kunle Fashogbon is a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers is a graduate of Estate Management from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Lagos State University.

He started his working career including his National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) programme at Metropolitan Trust Nigeria Limited, an Honeywell Group Company an indigenous conglomerate and due to his good stewardship he was retained to continue working with the company and there after he was posted to the Property Company as one of the pioneer staff.

He rose to become the Property Manager and later a Director with responsibility for managing the Group’s Real Estate Assets nationwide in the company where he has worked for the past 28years.

Kunle was elected an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 1999 and subsequently registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) in 2001. He is also an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

His love for service to the people is showed in the community where he lives in Magodo GRA Phase II in Lagos where he rose through the rank as Assistant General Secretary to the position of the Chairman of the Residents Association, a community of more than 10,000 residents.

He is widely travelled both within and outside the country, a member of Ikoyi Club 1938, loves being involved in sporting activities.
